This module will improve your understanding of the differences and relationship between persuading, influencing and negotiation and help you to master the skills and techniques necessary for successful negotiations by providing an understanding of how to identify with the parties involved, understand how they think to better relate to them and their situation, and how to overcome objections with confidence. And breathe ! During the course, you will work individually (video course) or in a group (virtual classroom). Your trainer will be available to support you throughout the course via your e-learning extranet account. IMPORTANT: This e-learning module has a delay for completion of 3 months, starting from the date you receive your access link to the module.
