A comprehensive training programme which takes a thorough look at how to correctly identify vendors with respect to the mandate and subsequent sale of a property. The training course consists of a pre-recorded webinaire (approximately 1 hour), a glossary of terms and a document on matrimonial regimes to read and download to consolidate your learning (approximately 30 minutes), and a final quiz (approximately 30 minutes). The total time required for this module is 2h. This module will prepare you to be able to identify and be aware of the different types of vendors you might potentially encounter as an independent property consultant. During this course, you will work individually.

- What details are required when property is being sold by an SCI
